We offer exchanges or credit notes within 14 days of the original purchase date. To qualify for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition, with all attachments, labels, and tags intact. Please be aware that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team.

We offer a one size fits most, which is suitable for sizes 8-12

For washing, we recommend either a hand wash or a cold machine wash. To maintain their quality, it's best to wash the socks inside out. Please avoid bleach and tumble drying to help prolong the lifespan.
